September 9, 2021

More than ever it is important for everyone to be prepared for the next emergency. Recent fires and floods have seen the majority of persons who died were older adults. This prompted the Yolo County Commission on Aging and Adult Services to prepare an education series to educate the public on preparing for emergencies. Join us for a free two-day webinar series on emergency preparation and evacuation with a special focus on older adults and persons with disabilities on Mondays, September 13 and 20th from 7pm to 8pm via Zoom.

The webinar series is a live Zoom with call in options available and opportunities to ask questions of the presenters. Both webinars will also be recorded and distributed via the Yolo Healthy Aging Alliance and Yolo County Office of Emergency Services websites. https://www.yolohealthyaging.org/
