June 17, 2021: The California Division of Occupational Health and Safety, commonly known as Cal/OSHA, voted to adopt Revised COVID-19 Prevention Emergency Temporary Standards, followed by Governor Gavin Newsom signing an executive order to allow the revisions to immediately take effect on June 17. The revised regulations reflect the State's latest COVID-19 public health guidance.

June 15, 2021: California has transitioned to Beyond the Blueprint, eliminating the color coded tier system for counties and allowing businesses to reopen and activities to resume. Moving Beyond the Blueprint allows Yolo County to fully eliminate capacity limits and remove local restrictions on business operations as well as eliminate masking requirements for fully vaccinated residents in most settings.
