AT A GLANCE...
YHAA is a nonprofit organization whose mission is to enhance the wellbeing of older adults in Yolo County through education, collaboration, and advocacy. We work to identify and address gaps in services and connect people to the many resources and services throughout the County.

YHAA partners with other organizations to serve our mission. In addition, The Collaboration Committee of over 90 service providers meets bi-monthly to share information and coordinate delivery of services to Yolo County residents. You can learn more here.
YHAA meets with Yolo County’s elected representatives, testifies in public meetings, and interacts with agencies and departments at all levels of government to advocate for policy, program, and budget changes that serve the best interests of California’s aging population.
