Because of our sponsors’ generous support and those who attended, we were able to surpass our goal, raising more than $17,000. Funds will be used to ensure that services and supports are in place for all persons in Yolo County so that they can have a healthy aging experience as we implement our mission to promote the well-being of older adults through education, collaboration and advocacy. Our strategic focus includes improving affordable, accessible housing, educating the public and providers on dementia and Alzheimer’s and opening an adult day care in Davis for people with dementia.
