University Retirement Community is a fully accredited, not-for-profit Continuing Care Retirement Community. All of our programs have been carefully designed to provide you with the services, amenities, and activities you want to enjoy now--along with those you may need later. As a CCRC, University Retirement Community offers the following levels of care and support: residential living, assisted living, memory care, care giving, skilled nursing care, and a variety of other health and wellness programs.  URC's Medicare Certified Health Care Center 5 star community, which is open to the public, provides compassionate skilled nursing and rehabilitation for individuals who are temporarily or permanently in need of such services.
