ApexCare provides non-medical home care services to older adults who wish to age with dignity and grace in their own homes. Our local office provides services including support for Activities of Daily Living (ADL) including dementia and Alzheimer’s care, personal care (hygiene, bathing, incontinence care), hospice and post hospitalization care, light housekeeping and meal preparation.  Our caregivers undergo a comprehensive screening process.  In addition, our caregivers are trained to focus on life-enriching activities which include our numerous specialty programs such as Music & Memory, Conscious Touch, Fit-Band, and beremembered.com. Our team of office professionals provide the 24-hour support. We answer our phones 24/7 and respond promptly to any questions or concerns.

Veterans Program is the access point for the Yolo Co. veteran to apply for Veterans Administration Medical services, compensation for disabilities and injuries incurred while on active duty in the military, pensions and other special veteran programs. There are some non-service connected programs available for the veteran and his dependents. The Non Service Connected Pension with Aid and Attendance is available for the veteran, his spouse and in some cases, for the veteran’s surviving spouse.
