MULTIPURPOSE SENIOR SERVICES PROGRAM (MSSP)
Multipurpose Senior Services Program (MSSP) provides social and health care management for frail elderly clients who are certifiable for placement in a nursing facility but who wish to remain in the community. The goal of the program is to arrange for and monitor the use of community services to prevent or delay premature institutional placement of these frail clients. The services must be provided at a cost lower than that for nursing facility care.

Sutter Care at Home is a community-based home care provider. Services include home health care, hospice, Advanced Illness Management (AIM), infusion therapy, respiratory care and home medical equipment, bereavement and grief support, volunteer services, and community flu and wellness programs.

Your Home...Nursing Services is a state licensed, private duty home care agency that provides a full range of services to individuals that wish to remain in their homes. Services range from caregivers to skilled nursing with an RN managing all the services offered at no extra charge. Services can be non-medical, hands-on care and skilled procedures. No minimum of hours and no extra charge for nights or weekends.
