Elica caters to the low-income population, such as those who have Medi-Cal and Medicare, while providing free services for the homeless population. We also serve those without insurance with our Sliding Fee Discount Program. Halyard Clinic offers dental services.

Northern Valley Indian Health is a private, nonprofit tribal organization that has been providing Medical services to surrounding communities since 1971. Services that we are pleased to provide includes Family Medicine, Adult Health Maintenance, Well-Child Care and Immunizations, Pregnancy Tests, Family Planning, Nutritional Assessment and Intervention, Management of Chronic Diseases, Diabetes Case Management, Breast and Cervical Cancer Screening and Education as well as Acute Care and Minor Procedures. Medical Plans accepted include Blue Shield PPO/HMO, Blue Cross PPO and State sponsored plans such as Medi-Cal/Medicaid, Covered California, Managed Care/Anthem Blue Cross and CMSP/Advanced Medical Management. All community members are welcome!

Winters Healthcare Foundation (WHF) is a local community clinic providing primary care, medical, dental and pre-natal care in Winters. They also provide behavioral and mental health services as well as specialist referrals and pharmacy. WHF provides care to anyone in the community including those with Medi-Cal and those without any insurance. Staff is bi-lingua in Spanish.

INTEGRATED BEHAVIORAL HEALTH SERVICES
Integrated Behavioral Health Services are delivered within each of our primary care clinics in Davis, West Sacramento and Woodland and are available to all CommuniCare patients. The Behavioral Health staff is part of the patient's health care team, working in collaboration with Primary Providers to support comprehensive mind and body wellness. The Integrated Behavioral Health Services provide short term brief, confidential individual counseling services for children and adults, as well as access to adult and child Psychiatry.
