Shores of Hope is a non-profit organization that is dedicated to helping individuals that need support through transitional housing, outreach, child development, and transportation services.

YOLO COUNTY HEALTH AND HUMAN RESOURCES - HOMELESS SERVICES TEAM

This team works collaboratively with multiple City, County and non-profit programs throughout Yolo County to coordinate services for homeless individuals and those at-risk of homelessness.  The approach whenever possible is Housing First, with an emphasis on linkage to ongoing supports. A Social Worker on this team is assigned to the District Attorney Neighborhood Court’s Homeless Restorative Justice Program.
