Agency on Aging- Area 4 funds and monitors older adult programs in seven counties in Northern California. The following contracted services are provided in Yolo County: Caregiver Support, Health Insurance Counseling, Information & Assistance, Job Readiness, Legal Services, Long Term Care Ombudsman Services/Elder Abuse Prevention, Nutrition, and Transportation. AAA4 also provides advocacy for senior programs and services. Referral Requirements: Age 60+ (Caregiver/care receiver exception) & Resident of Yolo County

Resources for Independent Living promotes the socioeconomic independence of person with disabilities and seniors by providing peer supported, consumer directed independent living services and advocacy.
