Meals on Wheels Yolo County provides nourishing meals and important social contact to eligible seniors. Meals are provided Monday through Friday to those 60+ through two primary programs: Congregate Meals and Home Delivered Meals. Congregate meals are served at senior centers in Davis, West Sacramento, Winters and Woodland. Home Delivered Meals are delivered to home-bound adults only. Volunteers are needed to deliver meals and donations are always appreciated.
