CAREGIVER RESPITE

CALIFORNIA CAREGIVER RESOURCES CENTERS

Combined, the CRCs serve every county in California. Each CRC tailors its services to its geographic area, and each offers family caregivers a range of core programs from counseling and care planning, to legal/financial consulting and respite, at low to no cost. The new website allows users to access the nearest resource center, provides information about education, events and advocacy, and features multimedia content highlighting community outreach, caregiver support, and public advocacy. 

YOLOCARES 

YoloCares provides social support services to clients over age 60 and their family caregivers including in-home respite, an Adult Day Program, and Saturday Club Adult Day Program.

Del Oro Caregiver Resource Center (Del Oro) is a private non-profit agency funded through the California State Department of Health Care Services and Agency on Aging-Area 4.  We are here to improve the well-being of family caregivers and provide support throughout the caregiving process.  Families and caregivers of brain impaired adults and the frail elderly are invited to contact Del Oro.

GOLDEN DAYS ADULT DAY HEALTH

Golden Days Adult Day Health is a state licensed day program for people who have medical and social needs. Their program runs from 8:30 to 2:00, Monday through Friday. Most participants are on Medi-Cal which funds the program. There is no out of pocket cost for Medi-Cal beneficiaries. They also accept private pay participants at the current Medi-Cal rate. Care staff are bi-lingual in English and Russian.

YOLO ADULT DAY HEALTH CENTER

Yolo Adult Day Health Center provides assistance to disabled adults 18 years & older to help manage chronic health conditions related to illness, injury or cognitive impairment. The program offers diverse medical, social, rehabilitation and recreational services in addition to respite for family caregivers.
